Fermana: waiting for the change of ownership and the approval of the debt

The die is cast and now we are counting the hours that separate the Fermana from the possible change of ownership and not only that. The time for hesitation is over since this week the white smoke should arrive which has a very high, if not vital, value in the area of ​​Viale Trento. The one on the homologation of the debt as far as demolition and restructuring are concerned. Without that, talking about plan A or plan B, investors or anything else makes no sense. The deadline ends exactly tomorrow, from there any moment is good to get the green light from the court and immediate communication is expected from the canary company perhaps through the lawyer Daniele Gambelli who has handled the entire process and who has always said he is extremely confident about the final OK. The same confidence that the company has shown for some time but also all the interested parties after, until about ten days ago, no opposition had arrived in court from the relevant bodies. And therefore green light with the positive outcome that would further accelerate the negotiations with the international Italian-Maltese group represented in Fermo by the manager Pierfrancesco Pileri who also said he was ready through his social media channels to take charge of the situation, once the deal was closed. "If it were up to me, I would already be working in an office at the Fermana headquarters, but still and for a little while, I hope, there are some details to sort out". These were his words entrusted to social media to clarify the current situation. He was there together with other representatives of the group of entrepreneurs to visit the facilities last week: from the stadium and the headquarters to the Cops to get an idea of ​​the situation. Excellent welcome and also the opportunity to take delivery of further data and paperwork on the Fermana situation.

It is also clear that once the OK has been received, the decisive step forward in the negotiations will take place, net of those "details to be sorted out" that Pileri himself clearly indicated in his message. We must always take into account the overall closure of the 2024-2025 season on June 30th, which we hope will not leave future issues for whoever takes over with a 55% majority (the Simoni family who would remain with 45%). In this sense, the necessary funds are being found to cover the missing monthly payments to the team and also to define the balances to be paid to suppliers and private individuals, who are not included in the approval. We are therefore working on the final solution with Pileri in constant contact with investors in a stable and constant manner in these days. In short, the turning point is expected, hoping that the smoke is truly and substantially white.
