Louis Vuitton Cup Final, Luna Rossa always knows how to react: it's 4-4 with Ineos
After falling from the foil at the first buoy in the first race of the day, the Italian boat dominates the eighth of the challenge and, like yesterday, gets back to parity. Tomorrow we start again

Another uphill start for Luna Rossa in the Louis Vuitton Cup final
Barcelona, 1 October – After the breakdown in the seventh race, with a fall from the foil, disqualification and defeat against Ineos all in a matter of seconds at the start, theIn Race 8 of the Louis Vuitton Cup final, yet another miracle by Luna Rossa takes place, which is getting us used to great upsets and, above all, keeping us in suspenseThe Italian boat patched up in record time by the Shore Team in a real race against time has in fact won the second match race of the day, once again bringing the series of this final to parity. The whole team did something extraordinary since less than an hour before it seemed impossible to see the Italian boat back in the water and instead the Silver Bullet returned to racing, won the start, with Ineos also forced to serve a penalty for having crossed the boundary, moved ahead and never gave up the lead despite having to endure the English boat's comebacks. Ben Ainslie tried in every way, taking advantage of the greater pressure and a top speed that was at times higher but it wasn't enough to get the better of James Spithill and Francesco Bruni, who at the helm of Luna Rossa led the crew towards an unexpected victory. The tricolor union closes with a 16'' advantage, after a final downwind leg in which it managed to gain enough to keep the British away. Also in this race the two boats ran part of the race in parallel and then endured some separations. Luna Rossa withstood the shock, mechanical and psychological, after the damage suffered in the first match race of the day and closed with great personality a point that boosts morale and further extends the series. They will return to the water tomorrow for another two match races. The challenge is the best of thirteen races and the prediction is increasingly open.
