Prato, the reaction is there: four goals against Riccione

Prato was called upon to react after the internal collapse with Forlì and at the resumption of the championship after the break they put on a show against United Riccione, demolished 4-0 at the "Nicoletti" stadium.

The absolute protagonist is Di Stefano, who scores a hat-trick, hits the post and provides the assist for Barbuti's goal (he also missed a penalty and hit the crossbar).

With this victory, the second consecutive away match, the boys coached by Marco Mariotti maintain a six-point margin on the playout zone.

Coming to the match report, the start of the woolly men is impressive, also favored by the holes in the opposing defense (not surprisingly the worst of the tournament). In the 7th minute the guests earn a penalty for the one-handed save by Bartoli (only cautioned) on a close-range attempt by Di Stefano, born from a cross by Rossi. Barbuti steps up to the spot, but is hypnotized by Andreoli, who is good at guessing the trajectory.

As the action continues, the striker with the number 79 on his back is very unlucky when the crossbar says "no" to his sure-fire conclusion. No big deal for Mariotti's team, who a few seconds later unlocks the result with Di Stefano, who makes the most of Rossi's assist.

United Riccione is overwhelmed by the Prato tsunami and capitulates again at 11: Di Stefano serves Barbuti, who this time inflates the net for the immediate doubling of the Tuscans. Diana and teammates are in total control of the operations and narrowly miss the third: between 26' and 28', first Iuliano fails to hit the target (right-footed shot on the outside of the net), then Di Stefano hits the post from distance. Subsequently, Girgi at 35' tests Andreoli.

The reaction of the locals is all in a wide left-footed shot from Marrone, which doesn't scare Gariti.

Right at the end of the first half, the 0-3 also arrives and the author is once again Di Stefano, whose cross turns into an unstoppable shot for Andreoli.

At the start of the second half, Iuliano immediately had a chance, but he sent the ball just wide. The Wool monologue continued and Rossi forced Andreoli to intervene.

The United Riccione goalkeeper can do nothing at 78' on the splendid left-footed shot of the unleashed Di Stefano, who scores his hat-trick. Mister Bolzan's team doesn't even find the consolation goal and so the match ends 0-4.
