Terranuova and Figline split the spoils. It ends 1-1 at the Matteini, with the yellow and blues failing to overturn the standings and remaining stuck in the relegation zone. However, everything is postponed until next Sunday, when league leaders Livorno will arrive at the Del Buffa. The play-out match for Nicolè Sarri's team, in fact, is still open. A few moments after the kick-off, Figline immediately takes the lead. Torrini manages to break the deadlock with a header after 52 seconds, intercepting a cross from Zellini. The red and white rearguard is petrified, and watches the goal motionless. It is worth noting that in the 19th minute the guests have an opportunity thanks to a free kick kicked by Rufini, parried by the wall, then collected on the fly by the yellow and blue number 11 and finally deflected with his fists by Timperanza. In the 27th minute the home team responds. Degl'Innocenti tries a shot from the edge, Pagnini blocks, but Iaiunese restores parity.

In the 18th minute of the second half, Torrini, set in motion by Zellini, spectacularly misses an already-open goal. Despite having a numerical superiority for half of the second half, Beoni's boys are unable to penetrate the opposing defense and give the fans the derby victory.
