Volleyball, Bartoccini MC Restauri. Bartolini between thesis and training: "The degree and the play off dream"

Not just training, for Blessed Bartolini It will also be a summer of studying and dreams to be realized. The central of the Bartoccini MC Restorations Perugia, is preparing to experience her fourth consecutive season in the Black Angels jersey. In the meantime, Benedetta is also immersed in books: she is completing her three-year degree in Business Economics and has just started the process for his thesis on financial marketing with a focus on sports. "The idea is to also link it to Bartoccini MC Restauri, it will be a nice way to combine study and volleyball", she says smiling. The summer, however, is not just about books. There is also room for a bit of amateur beach volleyball, but above all for daily training: "I train every day, I study and I try to keep this dream alive: to graduate and continue to grow with my team".

Benedetta is keen to talk about her “saudade” towards Perugia. The bond with the capital is in fact very strong. "I miss Perugia a lot, I feel at home there. This will be an important season for me, I hope it can be the one of the definitive consecration. Last year I started off a bit quietly, but then I earned my space. This year I want to start off strong right away".

Bartolini is enthusiastic about the group that is forming. "I really like the team that has been put together. There is a good mix of young players and more experienced ones. I am sure that we will have a great season."

Objective, to look higher? "I think we are a more mature team than last year. If we had started better, maybe we would have made the playoffs. This year we will try right away. It is a dream, yes, but not that far away".

With his positive energy, his discretion and his consistency, Bartolini confirms himself as a fundamental figure in the locker room. "I can't wait to return, to meet the staff, the city, the Black Angels family. This group can do great things".
