Effe, Matteo Angori returns to the staff
Market, but also important corporate news. It's an important week at home Fortitude, which began on Monday with the presentation of the new GM Flavio Portaluppi and continued between possible market news and new corporate steps that will change the balances currently in place within the corporate structure of Sporting Fortitudo, the parent company of Mondo Fortitudo. After the current relative majority shareholder, David Malaguti, decided not to participate in the recapitalization, the shareholders had 30 days to exercise the right of pre-emption, which the shareholders Stefano Tedeschi e Matteo Gentilini they have punctually done so, after having also supported in the past weeks with a voluntary contribution, the club's living expenses. For the recapitalization, a total of 591 thousand euros are needed, which Gobag srl, which refers to Malaguti, and the Sofir srl trust company have not paid. Tedeschi and Gentili have done so in full, with the latter having paid approximately 500 thousand euros of his own into the company's coffers in the redistribution of the shares, which will be the new relative majority shareholder.
The president of the Consorzio Club Fortitudo himself has presented his proposal for pre-emption for the shares put up for sale by Pietro Basciano, who personally holds 2 percent. We are therefore moving towards a strengthening of the axis Gentilini-Tedeschi, with the former, actual counts to be confirmed, which should reach a percentage share of around 43-45 percent and the latter which should rise to around 15, while Malaguti which still has a significant percentage of share which should settle at 22 percent.
On the transfer market front, after Alvise Sarto, yesterday the signature also arrived of Lorenzo Welcome. 30 years old, born in Florence, but raised in the youth sector of Don Bosco Livorno, after his debut with the Livorno team he played with Jesi, Ferentino, Reggio Calabria, Bergamo, Forlì and in the last two years in Cento. A 206 cm wing-center, Benvenuti will bring charisma, experience and versatility to Effe. Today, meanwhile, the official announcement of Gianluca DellaRosa who enforced the termination clause of the contract in place with Pistoia. In recent days there had been talk of an interest from Effe for Luca Pollone, born in 1997, winger leaving Forlì, but on which Rimini seems to have already worked out the details. Fortitudo had also inquired about Giovanni Vildera before and who may now have diverted his attention to Andrea Zerini, 37, a Florentine ex Tortona. The staff front is also taking shape, which will be completely renewed, with Ugo Ducarello, Marco Carretto and Emanuele Mazzalupi who will not be confirmed. Matteo Angori instead returns to Fortitudo. Grandson of Renzo, historic white-blue manager, Matteo, born and raised in the Bologna youth sector, returns after a year in which he had tried his hand at a career as head coach in Serie B, at Andrea Costa Imola, only to resign last February.
Meanwhile, Gherardo Sabatini also said goodbye to Effe, expressing his state of mind with a post on Instagram. "Thank you Fortitudo. An intense chapter is closing for me, crossed by passion, but also by anger and disappointment, which have been a constant in these months. A special thanks goes to the members, always impeccable with me, and to the many fans who have supported me. I would have so many things to say, but I trust time, which is always a gentleman, to reveal people for what they are".
