Milan - Fly highOlimpia Milan who brings home the derby against Varese, avenging the defeat in the first leg. The disparity between Armani and Openjobmetis Varese was too great in a match that the Milanese took home with an oceanic 19-92, thus updating the seasonal record of offensive loot. Milan did not struggle, rotating all 12 of its players, but Varese really did too much, confirming itself once again as the worst defense in Serie A, even in light of a game that offered many more possessions on the field. EA7 still has one Zach LeDay who has not run out of the magic fluid that made him MVP of the Euroleague round, indeed he attacks the game in an incredible way scoring 14 points in the first 5 minutes useful to direct the game, then finishes with 26 points and 7 rebounds in just 22 minutes.

His spirit is truly infecting everyone, becoming that positive leader who brings that lightness to the field that is necessary to avoid being crushed by tension. Standing out alongside him is Sharon Shields which takes back the scene a bit, given the absence of Nikola Mirotic, and shows that he has not lost his bomber credentials by scoring 20 points with 8/10 shooting. Milan also takes advantage of the opportunity to find again on the parquet Diop, even if the Senegalese does not score, while he leaves out only to rest also Bolmaro, a fundamental defensive pawn in Olimpia's game. Varese finds Sykes again, but the playmaker was too still to have an impact so he closes with only 2 in 23'.

The problem is not the attack, they score 21 points HandsLa Javie, 15 JohnsonLa Javie, 12 Alviti ed Akobundu-Ehiogu, only that the defense just can't handle the shock and so scoring 92 at the Forum becomes useless. Coach Mandole is struggling to find a solution, but it becomes mandatory for Varese if they don't want to be sucked into the relegation zone.

To direct the match to Milan, the first 5 minutes are enough, running away immediately on 25-10, then in reality Varese in the high-paced match also tries to stay because it is only at -6 at 18' on 55-49, but another Milanese attack before the interval becomes fatal (63-49). During the break the award ceremony to Toni Cappellari, then the partial score in the third period closes all the accounts, Milan even comes close to 100 points already at the 30th minute (95-67), the closing credits have already largely begun.
