Casale Monferrato (Alessandria) – Show of strength of theOlimpia Milan which annihilates the Bertram Tortona at home at PalaFerraris in Casale Monferrato for 68-85. The best news is that three players are recovering: Mirotic, Shields and Bolmaro. The Montenegrin is always fantastic, scoring 18 points in 18 minutes with 4/5 from 3 and a 22 rating, but Shields also makes himself noticed albeit with controlled minutes (only 13') with 11 points (3/4 from 2 and 1/1 from 3). Zach LeDay instead in team version with 12 points and 4 assists, but the positive note is also the defense that finally returns to make its voice heard, conceding only 68 points, leaving not even 40% shooting to the home team of black and whites.

Coach Messina immediately launched Ousmane Diop in the quintet (Gillespie remains on the bench without even a minute, a further indication of Nebo's imminent return), and the Senegalese immediately responds by protecting the iron and dunking the 6-9 in the open field. With the initiatives of LeDay EA7 tries to extend the lead (9-18 at 6'), but with Vital's talent the Piedmontese remain attached to the Milanese train (16-18).

The match continues with the teams in close contact (31-32), they are only Mirotic's points that try to give Milan back some space (31-37), but at half time Tortona is still close (36-41). It is in the third period that Armani never looks back with a huge partial of 11-23 that leads her to definitively escape. LeDay is the protagonist of +11 (45-56) which gives Milan its first double-digit lead, then the returning Mirotic and Shields dig a gap to 45-61 at 29'.

In the last quarter the red and whites also reach +20 (47-67) thanks to captain Ricci, then it becomes a long management of the final with Armani maintaining control until the final 68-85.
