"When you win there is more tranquility, there is enthusiasm and this is certainly good. We lose Gianluca Carpani for disqualification, but the new players have arrived and we will find a solution to face the match against Rimini".

What impression did they make on you? Re, Odjer e Baldassin?

"You know him better than me, he is a product of the youth system, he has the characteristics of an inverted-foot winger, we seized the opportunity to bring him home. Odjer and Baldassin compensate each other: Odjer is more of a tackler and much more balanced, he can play in front of the defense or in a two-man midfield; Baldassin is a midfielder who knows how to play and move in the middle of the field, both give us ample guarantees. In the last few days Odjer and Baldassin were out of the Pianese and Campobasso project and for this reason they need playing time". In addition to Carpani, suspended, will there be other absences?

"Cozzoli, Gagliolo and Menna are unavailable, the latter due to a muscle problem even though he played the whole game on Friday without any problems. At the moment we are a bit short in the centre-backs and we have to grit our teeth. We haven't moved much in this role on the market because we have four centre-backs in the squad who give us guarantees and in this championship they are enough; putting someone else in would not have done us any good in terms of numbers and balance, so we have a lot of faith in those we have. Forte, D'Amore and D'Uffizi returned to the group this week, they are not 100%, but they can be called up".

Rimini are not coming from a great moment: what will be the difficulties of this match?

"They are a well-organized team, they have changed the formation along the way, they are a physical team that is not reaping the benefits of what they are doing. We will have to confirm the good things we did on Friday against Carpi and we must improve the possession phase, we worked on it during the week. Rimini was built for the initial 4-3-3, now they have changed to 3-5-2, they have more solidity at the back and a reliable defense, we will have to be good at breaking them down, conceding as little as possible, winning the duels and playing the game. We need to give continuity to the performance provided against Carpi, so we need to show compactness, desire and determination on the pitch".
