Bologna transfer market, it's a carousel: Pinamonti goes up, Pobega goes down

The obligation of the four Italians on the list weighs: the striker is liked, there is a 'preferential race' with Sassuolo after the Erlic deal. The redemption of the midfielder is difficult, Milan says no to the loan: the Salvatore Esposito track is taking shape

The hunt for the tip continues. And the trail that leads to it remains alive Andrea Pinamonti (26 years old), already followed a summer ago, when the Bologna he gave up on the deal and the boy then settled down at Genoa on loan. The Grifone has not activated the contacts for the redemption: the 15 million for the definitive purchase are considered too much, therefore the striker from Cles and of the Inter school is destined to return to Sassuolo. Last summer, Bologna snatched Erlic from the Neroverdi for 7,5 million and, as part of that deal, reserved a sort of advance right on Neroverdi players for the future: such as the attacking midfielder Thorsverdt (25), but also Pinamonti, coming off a season with 10 goals in the league and one in the Coppa Italia and in double figures for the third season in his last four, after the 12 goals with Sassuolo two years ago, and the 13 with Empoli four years ago.

Sartori and Di Vaio are looking for a third striker to give to Italiano to extend the roster, after last season showed that in a 50-game season physical problems are always around the corner and two strikers may not be enough. Inter have blocked Francesco Pio (19) and Sebastiano Esposito (22) at least for now and if the second should end up on the market at the end of the club's World Cup, the first could stay in Milan. Piccoli was redeemed by Cagliari, Dzeko went to Florence and Velez are not currently negotiating Carrizo (19), who is in the exploding phase.

So, while the market men are sounding out young talents around 20-2 years old, on Monday evening they had contact with the Raiola agency to reopen the Pinamonti trail, under contract at 30 million per season with Sassuolo until 2027 June 17. His name is back in the news, also because Bologna needs at least four Italian-trained players for both the league and UEFA lists: to date they are Cambiaghi, Orsolini, Casale and De Silvestri, but the latter last season remained out of the European list, where Fabbian cannot be counted (under in the league and therefore out of the list and to be included in the list of XNUMX in Europe), on whom Inter's buy-back right and also Lazio's interest hangs.

Bologna is looking for a couple of Italian players for list reasons. Pinamonti is back in the news, also because Milan is holding back on Pobega: for now the Rossoneri have said no to a new loan, they would be willing to immediately negotiate a buyout at a lower price than the 10 agreed a summer ago, but not to a new loan with a buyout of 6 million. Bologna has an alternative: new contacts with Spezia for Salvatore Esposito (24), protagonist in Serie B of a season with 7 goals and 9 assists. Palermo and Besiktas want him, Spezia is asking for 8 million, 5-6 are needed to sit at the negotiating table and shake the competition. The Rossoblu have made their move and have had contact with the player's agent in the last few hours.
