Brescia held 0-0 by Juve Stabia: playout zone ever closer

From the first minutes, the hosts tried to take advantage of the momentum generated by the victory in Cittadella, but they failed to trouble the Campania defence. In the 43rd minute of the first half, however, Sgarbi reacted to a foul by Dickmann and left his team with one man less. In the second half, Brescia tried to take advantage of the opportunity but, despite the ideas of Galazzi, Borrelli and Dickmann, they failed to worry Thiam. A result greeted with evident disappointment by Maran: "We had the best chances in both halves. We finished on a high, with a great desire to do well. We accept the result, knowing that we have two finals and that everything depends on us".
