Brescia knocks down Carrarese: Maran brings back victory after three months
The Rondinelle win three fundamental points that distance the play out: the signatures of Bertagnoli and Borrelli (on penalty)

Borrelli's 1-0 from a penalty kick
The return to the bench of Mara allows Brescia to return to victory. Three months after their last success (again away, last November 3rd at Sampdoria's home) the Rondinelle return to savor the sweet flavor of victory at the end of the delicate challenge on the Carrarese pitch.
A fundamental result for the white and blues, who not only lead to +3 from the playouts and +4 from direct relegation, but they are once again approaching the playoff zone. The three points gained at the Stadio dei Marmi have a very particular meaning also from the point of view of the compactness and the will shown by the guests, capable of countering the decisive start of the Tuscan rookie, of signing the decisive one-two at the end of the first half with Bertagnoli e Borrelli (on penalty) and to resist until the end against the vehement final of a Carrarese determined to give everything in order not to remain empty-handed.

Despite the last-minute absence of the feverish patient Bisoli, Brescia (also followed in Carrara by president Cellino) can look with renewed confidence to the continuation of its path, starting with the advance that on Friday evening will bring to the "Rigamonti" a Salernitana relaunched by the success at the Arechi on CremoneseThe match at the Stadio dei Marmi offers many emotions.
In the first few minutes Borrelli e Nuamah they make themselves dangerous for the white and blues, while BIRD stings for the home team who in the 28th minute benefit from a penalty for a foul coming out of Lezzerini, but the visiting goalkeeper excels and rejects Schiavi's conclusion. The end of the first half is dominated by the visiting team.
First Bertagnoli, in the 41st minute, unlocked the result with a header that went over Fiorillo, while in full recovery, in the 51st minute, Borrelli returned to scoring by converting a penalty awarded for a foul by Giovane on adorni. Carrarese, however, does not want to give up and in the second half returns to the field determined to reopen the contest. Brescia closes the spaces carefully, but at 30' Cicconi stakes advantage of Cherubini's assist and closes the gap. This opens a breathtaking finale for the Rondinelle, who are forced to suffer the final forcing of the Tuscans. The white and blues suffer, but manage to bring home a victory that could represent the long-awaited turning point of this season.
