The Rondinelle, despite some absences and several doubts about the formation, play in advance with the renewed Campania team to demonstrate that they have taken the right path to climb back up the rankings.

Confirm yourself to find further conviction and to look forward with renewed confidence. This is the purpose with which the Brescia, fresh from the fundamental return to victory (after three long months of waiting) in Carrara, is preparing toto host Salernitana in advance that the evening of Friday February 7 will open the twenty-fifth day of B series.

Thanks to their newfound success, the Rondinelle currently have a three-point advantage over the play-offs and four over direct relegation (closed by the Campanians), but the Serie B standings, according to consolidated tradition, are very short and with just one away blitz Maran's team has brought itself back to -2 from the playoffs. Given the situation, however, for the moment it is better for the white and blue team to look behind them, keeping their distance from the positions at risk, given that the returned Maran, despite starting again with three literally golden points, must continue to deal with various problems. A situation that also characterizes this eve of the challenge with a Salernitana that emerged profoundly renewed and recharged from the winter market (as confirmed by the beautiful success with the ambitious Cremonese).

In fact the white and blue coach has to give up the iCistana, Fogliata and Galazz are unlucky(which could also offer a much quicker return than feared), but will also have to find adequate solutions in midfield, where the director Verreth will be absent due to suspension (but also his natural replacement Paghera, who has moved to Spal, and this opens a glimmer of hope for Bjarnason). In any case, the Trentino coach himself said he was confident. The discussion has been re-established and now the Rondinelle are called to continue, united and determined, their path. Precisely in this sense, a confirmation with a dangerous rival like Salernitana can transmit an important boost to Brescia and it is in this direction that mister Maran and his players have worked in these days in Torbole. Days that have allowed the white and blue coach to recover the feverish Bisoli and Moncini, but they also allowed D'Andrea to enter into the schemes of his new team. Summing everything up, therefore, Maran is called to resolve the doubt between the temptation to confirm the 4-3-3 that worked well in Carrara or to propose other solutions (including the hypothesis, certainly not prevalent, of lining up in a mirror with the 3-5-2 of the granata). The remaining ones to be defined are: run-off between Jallow and Corrado on the left wing and the two players who will support Borrelli up front. Two places for at least five contenders (Moncini, Olzer, Bianchi, Nuamah and D'Andrea), even if in these last hours of the eve we cannot exclude further surprises at the home of a Brescia that wants to demonstrate that it has found the right pace again (despite a winter market based above all on confirmations and the desire to launch young players).

Probable lineups

Brescia (4-3-3): Lezzerini; Dickmann, Adorni, Calvani, Jallow; Bisoli, Bertagnoli, Besaggio; Moncini, Borrelli, Olzer. Coach: Rolando Maran. Salernitana (3-5-2): Christensen; Bronn, Ferrari, Lochoshvili; Raimondo, Cerri. Coach: Roberto Breda.

Where to see it

The match will be played Friday 7 February at 20.30 at the Rigamonti stadium in Brescia and will be visible on Dazn e LaB Channel.
