In fact, at the presentation press conference, the Argentine player was asked how he will feel about having to face Angel Correa next Club World Cup, convinced that the two players were brothers. When asked: "How do you feel about facing your brother Angel?", asked by the reporter, the former Inter player simply replied: "He's not my brother", but it didn't end there. The journalist in question, in fact, replied: "But aren't you both called Correa?" and the player closed, trying to hold back a smile, with: "Yes, but it doesn't mean that everyone with that name is a brother". The two teams (Botafogo e Atletico Madrid) will meet on Monday 23 June at 21pm for the third day of the Club World Cup. The Colchoneros are one of the strongest teams, certainly candidates to go all the way in the competition, while the Brazilians want to be one of the revelations of this first edition. In the first round, Simeon and his men will immediately be engaged against the Paris Saint-Germain fresh European champion, for a match that will surely be decisive regarding the fate of the group, while Botafogo will debut at 4am tomorrow against Seattle Sounders. Joaquin Correa will be one of the players to whom mister Renato Pavia will rely more: after the European experiences with Sampdoria, Sevilla, Lazio, Inter, Olympique Marseille and again Inter, he abandoned European football to return to South America, where he has been missing since 2015, when he moved from'Students to the Blucerchiati for 8,8 million dollars. After the natural expiration of his contract, last June 10 he signed a contract with the Brazilian team, with which he is tied until December 31, 2027. The first step to win over the fans will be to make a good impression at the Club World Cup, where Botafogo is one of the four Brazilian teams that qualified.
