TURIN – Empoli closed the regular season with a bang by scoring goals at the Allianz Training Center in Vinovo, but will have to play for their place in the Primavera 1 championship in the double play-off with Bologna. Returning to the match against Juventus, the Azzurrini had a good approach, and were already ahead in the 12th minute thanks to a precise shot from outside the area by Chiucchiuini. The Bianconeri, however, responded in the 24th minute with a personal effort by Finocchiaro and overtook at the start of the second half with a splendid overhead kick by Vacca on a cross from the bottom by Turco. Filippeschi's team, however, didn't accept this and within six minutes they tied again with the former Scienza, who was able to put the ball under the crossbar from the edge of the area. Then, in the 60th minute, Juve were also left with ten men due to Ngana's expulsion and Empoli extended their lead: in the 78th minute, Scienza scored the third goal on the counterattack and in the 86th minute, Falcusan scored the poker.
Yes. There.
