Solidarity with Castellani: Avis and Lega Serie A promote blood donation

Tomorrow at the Castellani will not only be an afternoon of great football. In fact, the field will also be occupied by solidarity, thanks to National Avis e Serie A League, committed to convincing more and more people to donate blood and plasma. This morning Avis Toscana will be present with a stall in Piazza della Vittoria, while tomorrow there will be 20 Avis volunteers present at the entrances and in the stands of the stadium to distribute information material. The speaker will explain what is necessary to become a donor. An initiative that involves several Italian stadiums during the 31st day of the championship and also includes the broadcast on the stadiums' giant screens of the video of the awareness campaign "Mettiti in gioco" by Avis. "Sport and football in particular create community - say Claudia Firenze (in the photo), president of Avis Toscana and Luciano Ramazzotti, president of Avis Empoli -, which is what we need to spread the culture of giving in a world that in this historical period seems to be going in the opposite direction.
