Milan, 27 October 2024 - Eighth day of Bundesliga between draws, goal-fests and sudden defeats. There are five matches that ended in a draw, starting with Friday's advance between Mainz e Borussia Monchengladbach. What is causing a stir, however, is above all the one between Werder Brema e Bayer Leverkusen, with Xabi Alonso's team conceding a goal in the 90th minute from Romano Schmid. Things went worse for Borussia Dortmund and loses at home to Augsburg 2-1 and must deal with the red card to Kabar in the 99th minute. The one celebrating, also by virtue of these two results, is the Bayern Munich having an easy life on the Bochum pitch and wins 5-0, thus going to +5 from the reigning champions of Leverkusen and maintaining the top of the table. Let's retrace the challenges of this eighth day of the Bundesliga.

All the matches of the weekend

We start on Friday with the draw between Mainz e Borussia Monchengladbach. A challenge dominated, in numbers, by the home team who shot 23 times towards the away goal.
