The narrow victory against Lens allows the team to Luis Enrique to remain at +6 on Roberto's Marseille De Zerbi and on Monaco. The weekend games
Il Paris Saint Germain sails at the top of the rankings Ligue 1 and does the escape tests. In this weekend of French football, the Parisians won 1-0 against Lens at the Parc des Princes, in a match decided by the goal of Ousmane Dembele. This goal, scored in the fourth minute of the game, was enough for the hosts to secure another victory.
Less fortunate was the Monaco, who fell within the friendly walls under the blows of the non-irresistible Angers. The guests prevailed 1-0 and slowed down the progress of the Monegasques, who have now slipped to -6 from the first place. Same gap, but with a different result in this weekend's match, for the Marseille. The team coached by Roberto De Zerbi prevailed on the pitch of Nantes for 2-1, in a match decided by the goals of Maupai, Kadewere and the decisive Greenwood. In the other challenges of Sunday the Tolosa defeated the Reims for 1-0 thanks to a goal by Aboukhlal and moves away from the relegation zone, the Auxerre demolished the Rennes by 4-0 and Le Havre narrowly won against Montpellier.
The advance between Lille e Lyon, instead, ended with a draw. The final 1-1 was scored by Jonathan David, one of the strikers most watched by the European big teams, and by Malick Fofana. The latter scored right at the end, during the first minute of injury time in the second half, and avoided Lyon a defeat that could have become bloody in the pursuit of a European placing.
