Choreography against Juve. Big fine for the Viola club
For the Sports Judge, the company allowed the fans to realize it. The precedents and the position taken by the black and whites. The appeal is being evaluated.

The choreography of the storm on the Viola
An unprecedented huge fine. Which could push Fiorentina to appeal today against a decision that has never been so harsh against a football club. The reference is to the 50 thousand euros with which the Serie A sports judge sanctioned the Viola club, guilty of having allowed its fans to perform the much-discussed choreography in the Ferrovia curve last Sunday during the match against Juventus. A "Juve m..." made up of thousands of cards that, although censored by the broadcasters of the super match at the Franchi, quickly went around the world thanks to social media becoming, on the one hand, an object of ridicule for supporters throughout Italy but also one of the first disturbances for the Bianconeri club, which in addition to showing indignation also put pressure on the FIGC and the Florence Police Headquarters to identify those responsible for the writing. It is inevitable that at home the device issued by the League (which also showed solidarity with Juventus) was greeted with deep astonishment.
Both for the amount of the fine (the content of the choreography was deemed even more serious than a racist chant) and for the precedent that was created at a criminal level: in the past, choreographies with the expression "m..." explicitly waved had never been subject to sanctions. It had already happened in 2001 in a Rome derby (it was the Lazio fans who used this word in reference to the Giallorossi club) and in 2020 in a Milan derby (with the Milan fans who apostrophized Inter in this way) but in those circumstances the sports judge had not taken action. Fiorentina's defense brief could also rely on these events, which took a day to evaluate together with its lawyers the most appropriate moves to make. The ruling issued by the League has not only fined Commisso's club 50 thousand euros but has also issued a warning: in the event of other gestures deemed offensive, the sector will be closed for one round.
