Rome, March 24, 2025 - From yesterday Thiago Motta is no longer the coach of Juve. Today, the Italian-Brazilian coach entrusted Ansa with his farewell to the black and white club. "I have experienced intense moments, always faced with the utmost determination and will to improve every day", said Motta. "I thank the owners - he added - for giving me the opportunity to be part of this great club, the management and all the people at the club who supported me in my daily work, the players for the work and commitment they have shown since the first day together. The one who broke the silence that followed the club's statement was Motta's wife, Angela Lee, who wrote a message in Portuguese on social media yesterday. Translated, it sounds like this: “Today's disappointment could be tomorrow's motivation". No explicit tag to the husband, but the words come just after the club's announcement and the reference is clear.

Angela Lee further wrote: “What you don't accomplish today is teaching you, making you stronger and is preparing you for what is truly yours. Allow yourself to be sad, but do not lose your faith in life and the certainty of better days, because those days will allow you to move forward and not give up. Many beautiful things still await you and you will be grateful for having believed in yourself and in life".

Meanwhile, it's time for medical visits for Tudor Igor, the new Juventus coach. The Croatian showed up at J Medical to undergo medical checks, which are mandatory not only for players, but also for staff members. The first post-Thiago Motta training session is scheduled for the afternoon, when Tudor will lead a work session in view of Saturday's 18pm match against Genoa at the Allianz Stadium.

Arrived at Juve in the summer of 1998 from Hajduk Split, Tudor immediately made an impression with his physicality, tactical versatility and the ability to be dangerous even in attack. He played for Juventus until January 2005, contributing with his experience and fighting spirit to winning two Scudetti (2001/02, 2002/03), two Italian Super Cups (2002, 2003) and an Intertoto Cup (1999). After hanging up his boots and embarking on a coaching career, Tudor returned to Juventus in the 2020/21 season as Andrea Pirlo's deputyIn that role he made his experience available to the team, contributing to the conquest of the Coppa Italia and the Supercoppa Italiana.
