Turin, 20 June 2025 – La Juve looking for a striker, but it's not easy. They want to start again with a new starting centre forward, Dusan Vlahovic remains outgoing and is a problem, and for now the costs are not going down. On the contrary. If Victor Osimhen, for Napoli, at least towards the Italian market, it costs around 100 million, on Viktor gyokeres Arsenal seems to win, even if Sporting Lisbon is holding firm on the transfer fee. Thus, the transfer list of Juventus managers, waiting for a technical director and sporting director, turns to Jonathan David, Canadian striker who will be released from Lille. The problem, despite the free transfer, is the costs of engagement and commissions. Then there is kolo muani, the one who should complete the department, but even in this case there is a more favorable condition to negotiate with PSG. And the double at the Club World Cup does not give the Bianconeri a hand.

David: here are the costs

With Victor osimhen very expensive, at least for the Italian market, Viktor gyokeres at the centre of a transfer market intrigue between Sporting Lisbon and Arsenal (the Gunners still in the lead), Juve seems to be diving for Jonathan David, a striker whose contract with Lille expires on June 30. As a free agent, therefore on a free transfer, the Canadian will move elsewhere, with the idea of trying to further raise his level and his ambition. Born in 2000, therefore in the prime of his maturity, David closed last season with 25 goals in 49 games in all competitions, of which 16 in the league and 7 in the Champions League. In short, he has shown that he can also score at international level and this is not a secondary aspect for Juve who will be in the Champions League next year. The free transfer, moreover, is intriguing, but brings with it a second problem. There will be no cost of the transfer fee, and with that number of goals it would have been a tough nut to crack, but between salary and commissions the deal will not be cheap. David he asks for about 7 million net per year, which gross is double, then it must be included in the contractual duration (at least three years) and only in emoluments in three years there would be about forty million. Finished? No, because there are commissions and we are talking about about 12 million euros. The whole thing, over three years, would cost more than fifty million euros. Feasible, over three years, but certainly not cheap. Juve is evaluating, counting on the fact that it should be able to free up salary space by getting rid of Dusan's 12 million net salary Vlahovic for 2026. However, every strategy will have to be undertaken once the Dusan issue has been clarified. There is no sign of a renewal with a spread out salary, Juve absolutely must sell him, but there is also no sign of important offers from the leagues most appreciated by the player (i.e. not Arabia). It is a thorny case, which risks dragging on indefinitely and for this reason Damien Come on will speak to the person concerned directly in the United States.

Kolo Muani: negotiations continue

The second front, however, is not easy either. The psg he granted Juve the use of Randal kolo muani for the Club World Cup, but the negotiations to confirm him next season have not yet taken a downhill path. Let's start from the past, that is, the cost of purchasing Kolo Muani from Eintracht Frankfurt to PSG. We are talking about over 90 million euros. The player, in France, has struggled to establish himself and with Luis Enrique he is not part of the tactical plans, so the Parisians must evaluate the sale but not under price. Today for Juve it is impossible to spend crazy figures for the redemption and hopes for a renewal of the loan with a definitive purchase in 2026. On the other hand, the Parisians must keep an eye on the concept of capital loss and cannot accept conditions that are too unfavorable. However, be careful with the financial statements. The renewal of the loan for one year, therefore also an amortization quota in the balance sheet for Kolo Muani, could reduce the risk of capital loss for 2026 and this could induce PSG to evaluate a new agreement with Juve. Of course, the Frenchman's brace at the Club World Cup doesn't help to discount the price...

Blanchard: “Comolli has great experience”

Jocelyn Blanchard He played for Juve in the late 90s and is an expert on French football, who better than him can draw a profile of the new general manager Damien Come on. These are his words to Tuttojuve: “He is a person with great experience in big clubs and with various roles, he started as an observer, then as a sports director, general manager and also president. He can do well – his answer – Obsession for victory? It's just talk, everyone wants to win. Victory belongs to players and technical staff, the construction and development of a club belongs to the management. In Juve there is still this culture, but a stable management is needed that can work over time”, Blanchard again. It didn't go well with Cristiano, however. Joints, replaced after two years: "It's the mentality of world football, that is, changing managers often and for incomprehensible reasons. There is a lack of stability in clubs, even in top clubs like Juve. I think Giuntoli has done a good job in the financial reconstruction of the club". Satisfaction, however, for the confirmation of Igor Tudor, Blanchard's former teammate at Juve: "It's important to have someone who knows the club and its history. It's nice that a former player can be Juve's coach. I think that especially at a national level Juve can return to winning like in the past".
