The Finnish investment group TL Capital, Led by Jere Torman e Henri Lanz, has acquired a minority stake in the Football Cream, coached by Matteo Vullo (pictured). Facilitated by the renowned American investment bank MergersCorp, this transaction marks a new chapter in the rich history of the group which has successfully founded and operated companies in the entertainment, media and sports sectors in Europe and the United States over the last 15 years.

Tormanen and Lanz have previous experience in managing sports clubs, such as a Finnish Football Premier League club. Their company, TL Capital, is known for its approach and expertise in entertainment and marketing through its global network. The investors plan to work closely with the club's management.
