Paolo Bianco is the new coach of Monza: signed a two-year contract

Monza, 11 June 2025 – Paul White will be from next July 1st the new coach of Monza with a two-year contract and automatic renewal for another season upon reaching "certain conditions". Born in Foggia On August 20, 1977, he began his career as a footballer in his hometown team.

  After the experiences with Treviso e Catania, in 2006 he debuted in Serie A with Cagliari, where he remained for three years. In 2009-10 he wore the jersey ofAtalanta for a season, before moving to SassuoloOn 18 May 2013 he was among the protagonists of the first historic promotion to Serie A of the black-green club, with which he ended his experience as a footballer in 2015 and immediately became assistant coach of the Primavera.

On the bench 

After driving SIRACUSA e Sicula Leonzio in Serie C, in 2019 he joined the staff of Robert De Zerbi, who he followed first to Sassuolo and then to Shakhtar Donetsk. His wealth of experience was further enriched when he was called by Massimiliano Allegri to be part of his staff in Juventus 2022-23.

Bianco's first Serie B bench comes in the 2023-24 season Modena. In February 2025 he was called to lead the Frosinone, which he revives with a series of brilliant results. Now Monza, just relegated with Nesta on the bench.
