Parma-Juventus: probable lineups, when and where to watch it
The 33rd matchday recovery takes place at the Tardini: important points are up for grabs for both teams

Cristian Chivu, Parma coach (Ansa)
Parma, 22 April 2025 - After the postponement due to the death of Pope Francis, Parma e Juventus are ready to challenge each other tomorrow evening for the recovery of the 33rd day of Serie A. The boys of Cristian Chivu they have drawn the last five and are now looking for the win that would allow them to move away from the relegation zone. Even the Old Lady, however, cannot afford any missteps and, after having beaten Genoa and Lecce (in between the 1-1 with Roma), is looking for the third victory of the era Tudor Igor to answer the Bologna and regain their (virtual) Champions League position.
Previous
Parma have won just one of their last 15 Serie A matches (D4 L10) against Juventus, a 1-0 win at the Tardini in April 2015 (with Josè Mauri scoring the winning goal). Furthermore, the Emilians have conceded 97 goals against the Bianconeri in the tournament: only against Roma have they conceded more (100). The Ducali drew the first leg (2-2) of this season against the Old Lady; the Gialloblu could remain unbeaten in both Serie A matches against the Bianconeri for the first time in the competition since 2010/11 (two wins in that case). Madama have scored at least two goals in each of their last four matches against Parma in Serie A; the Bianconeri have never scored more than one goal in five consecutive matches against the Gialloblu (also four between 2007 and 2010 and between 2002 and 2004). Juventus have won their last two games against Parma in the second half of the season in Serie A and have only once achieved three wins in a row against the Gialloblu in the second half of the season, between 1994 and 1996. Parma have drawn 10 home games against Juventus in Serie A (7W, 9L), only against Fiorentina (12) have they collected more home draws in the competition. Madama have won their last three away games against Parma in Serie A - already a record for the Bianconeri on the Emilian pitch in the top flight: it is the longest open streak of consecutive away wins for the Piedmontese, considering the teams in this championship (three also against Como and Udinese).
The curiosity
Among the teams in the second half of the table, only Como have won more points (17) than Parma (16) against opponents currently in the top half of the table; furthermore, the Gialloblù have remained unbeaten in each of the last four of these matches (draw against Fiorentina, Inter, Torino and victory against Bologna). Parma have drawn all of their last five league games and could end at least six matches in a row in a draw for the first time in their history in Serie A (five also between April and May 2019, with Roberto D'Aversa on the bench). Juventus have won eight of their 13 games in the second half of the season in this Serie A (D2 L3), already three more than they did in the second half of last season (W5 D10 L4) and only one win less than Roma and Inter, who hold the record for wins (nine each) in the second half of this season. The teams that have scored the most goals following a corner in this Serie A (Parma with 22%, or 8/37) face off against the team that has conceded the most, again in percentage terms, from this game situation (Juventus with 20%, or 6/30). Juventus have used 136 substitutions (like Milan) in this tournament: only Napoli have used fewer (132); on the other hand, Parma have used 157 (on par with Como and Venezia): fewer only than Inter (159) in the 2024/25 Serie A.
Probable lineups
Parma (3-5-2): Suzuki; Vogliacco, Leoni, Valenti; Pellegrino, Bonny. Coach Chivu. Juventus (3-4-2-1): Di Gregorio; Kalulu, Veiga, Kelly; Weah, Locatelli, Thuram, Cambiaso; Nico Gonzalez, Kolo Muani; Vlahovic. All. Tudor.
