Colombo's team also emerges in the second phase of the championship

Pisa Under 17s
Pisa, 6 February 2025 - An important milestone for the Under 17s of the Nerazzurri women's sector. Mister Stefano Colombo's Nerazzurre obtained the pass by reaching second place in their group thanks to the victories against Rinascita Doccia (3-1) and San Marino (7-2) and the draw (3-3) with Riccione; a group reached by Pisa thanks to the first place achieved in the first phase of the championship. CHAMPIONSHIP PHASES - The Interregional Phase will begin on 16 February 2025 and will end on 18 May 2025. The 32 teams still in the running have been divided into 4 groups of 8 and will face each other in home and away matches; the top 4 of each group will advance to the National Phase. Pisa Sporting Club has been placed in Group C with: Fiorentina, Arezzo, Bologna, Sassuolo, Cesena, Riccione and Ternana. In the regional grouping, the rankings had said that in the first round the Nerazzurre were in first place with 28 points won out of 30 available, with 64 goals scored and only 15 conceded. Ten points behind were both Livorno Femminile and Atletico Lucca, the only opponents of Colombo's team in the first phase. Bellaria Cappuccini followed with 16 points, then Carrarese with 9 and lastly Pontedera, bottom of the league with 10 defeats and 0 points obtained. Shining for the Nerazzurre were the goal-scoring duo of Silvia Cannavo and Asia Aliotta, with 22 and 21 goals scored in the league respectively. THE WEEKEND - During the weekend, the results were also good for the other women's teams, 16 and Under 15, both defeated by Genoa: the former with a hard-fought 2-4, the latter with a 1-3 that left no room for replies. The Under 14s fought against Fiorentina but lost by a narrow margin of 0-1. The only positive result, albeit without goals, was that of the Under 13s, who held their Viola peers to a 0-0 draw. WOMEN - The only joy of the weekend came from the women's sector. The Under 17s overwhelmed the San Marino Academy with a clear 7-2, confirming the growth of the Nerazzurri women's youth movement. Due to two postponements, they were the only team on the pitch among the Pisa women's teams, but they were able to best represent the Nerazzurri colours with a dominant performance. Michele Bufalino
