A position he left to take up the post of Vice President of the European Commission.

Gabriele, second son of the exponent of Brothers of Italy (before Forza Italia and even before the Christian Democracy), was a free agent after playing until December in the Monopoli Primavera (6 appearances and no goals). In addition to him, defender Ousmane Gueye (2006 from Torino), goalkeeper Lorenzo Rubboli (2007, from Imolese) and Edoardo Alessandro Cavaliere (2006, striker from Cesena) are arriving in the Primavera. They have removed Nicolò Campaniello (2006, midfielder, to Carpi), Gianmaria D'Angelo (2006, striker, to Riccione), Youssef Mahrani (2006, midfielder, to Carpi) and Cristian Molla (2007, striker, to Imolese at the end of his loan).
