The Villafranca di Verona retreat continues according to schedule, even if a couple of new developments are coming from the infirmary. On the contrary, for Paghera it was decided not to risk it and therefore to postpone his return to next week, in view of the away match in Sassari against Torres. It is clear that Arena is not yet ready to play at full capacity, but also in consideration of the absence of the suspended Fiordaliso the coach is carefully evaluating the opportunity to bring him with him. The defender from Puglia worked with the team yesterday, as did El Kaddouri who could play a part of the match in the second half. Bidaoui, who hasn't played since mid-January, is still out, raising strong doubts about his chances of being useful to the white and blue cause in the final rush.

The two teams share first place with 50 points, even though the red and whites have played one game less. Instead, Mister Schiavon's Spal Under 16 is practically making history of its own, having overwhelmed Legnago Salus 4-2 in the last round, bringing their total to 52 points in 22 games (15 wins, seven draws and not one defeat). The white and blues are at +8 on Padova and +10 on Vicenza.
