Spal is banking on the Spini-Molina-Parigini trident for salvation
Spal chooses the 3-4-3 with Spini, Molina and Parigini to ensure their permanence, after a season of ups and downs.

Spini celebrates after the goal against Gubbio
A trident worthy of a 7 in the report card. It happened on the last day against Gubbio, after an entire championship in which the formula with three strikers had rarely convinced. Last Sunday instead Christian Spini, Juan Ignacio Molina e Vittorio Parigini were the best on the field, removing any doubts from mister Baldini, who has now made his final decision. Spal we will play the salvation with 3-4-3, and the trident will be made up of Spini, Molina and Parigini, who were not coincidentally regular starters in the last four regular season games. Curiously, none of the three were part of the squad assembled at the start of the season. Spini had started the tournament with the Trapani jersey, Molina with that of Vis Pesaro and Parigini with Cerignola, and none of the three had managed to carve out a significant space for themselves. So, in January they decided to change air by accepting the proposal of Spal and finding themselves fighting to avoid relegation to the amateurs in a place that five years ago hosted the Serie A championship. It was not an unforgettable approach from the three forwards, who before getting into gear had to recover their ideal condition and above all get used to the new reality.
Spini took almost three months: after many colorless games and sensationally missed opportunities, the winger broke through against Pontedera and repeated the feat against Gubbio: Spal is banking on him on the right side of the attack. Molina immediately showed that he has character and personality to sell, it's a shame that the Argentine sometimes exaggerates. As happened in Chiavari, where on the day of Baldini's debut on the bench he was sent off and received a three-match suspension. The Massa coach, however, continued to praise him, returning to field him consistently as soon as possible. The Argentine center forward also doesn't shine for his coolness in front of goal, but he scored two important goals against Pianese and Legnago Salus, and at this moment Spal can't do without him. Finally, Parigini is rediscovering the positive feelings in white and blue that he hasn't felt for years. Talent and experience are not in question: against Gubbio he scored his second goal becoming increasingly central in the chessboard of mister Baldini, who with Spini, Molina and Parigini has found the starting trident. And finally he can also count on a series of alternatives of the same calibre, because from the bench - depending on the needs - he can fish out the various Mirco Antenucci, Ottar Karlsson, Emanuele Rao, Ludovico D'Orazio and Soufiane Bidaoui.
