Cycling, Vingegaard between Dauphiné and Tour de France: "The goal will be to win"

Rome, 24 April 2025 - Like every spring, the scenario between the two main rivals of current cycling and in particular of the Grand Tours it is clearly divided into two: Tadej pogacar engaged in the Classics and almost omnipresent and jonas vingegaard which instead is seen with an eyedropper, between a careful choice of races to compete and physical problems that have arisen in them to further reduce the commitments. Just as the Slovenian is still celebrating the great success obtained at the Walloon Arrow 2025, aiming to close the spring with a bang Liège-Bastogne-Liège 2025, the Dane returns to give news about himself, also officially confirming what his next races will be.  

Vingegaard's program and statements

What is instead a more colourful detail, in the true sense of the word, is the special livery that the Visma-Lease a Bike as every year will prepare for the Great Boucle, ready to be revealed well in advance Friday April 25: the good opportunity for vingegaard to start thinking about the most anticipated event, the one that actually ends up giving a connotation to his entire season, especially if this year too the invitation to take part in the World Cup, never like in 2025, Kigali, very suitable for climbers. "I haven't run much in the last year, so I'm really looking forward to starting again. First there will be the Tour of the Dauphiné, then the Tour de France: in both cases the goal is to win."
