Cycling, Van Gils moves to Red Bull-Bora-Hansgrohe: it's official

This is instead the comment of the general manager Ralph Denk, publicly attacked in recent months by Patrick Lefebvre, the counterpart of the Soudal Quick Step for the intense (but unsuccessful) courtship a Remco Evenepoel.
