Artistic swimming absolutes, Futura is the first company in Tuscany
The Italian artistic swimming championships were held in Riccioni and Futura placed seventh, becoming the first club in Tuscany

The Future in Riccione
Prato, March 20, 2025 - Futura is the best club in Tuscany and the seventh in Italy, as far as artistic swimming is concerned. This is the verdict issued by the Italian winter championships, held a few days ago in Riccione. This is the greatest national stage, the one that sees the best synchronized swimmers in Italy compete in every age category (including those who are regularly called up for the national team).
And the Prato club performed well, managing to find a place in the “top ten” of the best Italian clubs. Credit goes to the group’s performances, both individual and collective, under the technical direction of Simona Ricotta and coaches Bianca Vivirito and Andrea Bongi (assisted by Giovanna Burlando). The team exercise saw the team composed of Aurora Ballotti, Gaia Bonanni, Sara Ciolini, Ginevra Magelli, Costanza Piscicelli, Amanda Rossi, Margherita Santini and Margherita Tempestini win seventh place overall, ranking as the first Tuscan club. Tommaso Bartolini ranked fourth in the “solo”, then placing fifth in the “duo” together with Magelli. And the next national commitment is already on the horizon, which will begin in Ostia on May 1st and will concern the “juniores” category.
"It was not a given that we would achieve these results, given that the group only started working together in September. Only the commitment and professionalism of the coaching staff and the experience of our technical director could have brought the team so high in a competition like the absolute championship, in which athletes from the National team also participated - commented the president of Futura, Roberto Di Carlo, complimenting the technical staff and athletes - all together they contributed to the achievement of this goal that confirms us among the very first companies in Italy in artistic swimming".
