Golf Bellosguardo Vinci: Triumph of Manzi and Vezzosi at the Tuscan Doubles Cup

At Golf Bellosguardo Vinci the Easter weekend opened on Saturday 19 April with the Coppa Toscana di Doppio, a competition now in its fourth edition. Giovanni Manzi and Raffaele Vezzosi were the stars of the day, winning with 70 shots, one less than the par of the course. In the clear category, Marco Morelli and Claudio Montanari (40) won. The two couples thus access the regional final. On Monday 21 April Claudio Montanari repeated his feat, winning with 80 shots in the Nencini Sport competition. In the second category, victory went to Guido Brogi (39), followed one length later by Stefano Leonetti. On the same day, Golf Montelupo was the scene of the Bring me Wine Cup, a competition followed by a convivial lunch and tasting led by the sommeliers of the Bring me Wine team. Sergio Torelli of Golf Miniere won with 73 shots. In the first category, Rudy Massini (36) got the better of Roberto Massini, who opened the points, as did Ludovica Della Valentina (38) against Gabriele Brotini in the second category. In third place Giovanpaolo Innocenti (41) narrowly beat Aurora Ercoli.
