Running - Bibs sold out for the 'half race' and Vivicittà, the historic Uisp event. There will also be space for solidarity. Half Marathon, a party for 6000 runners

We can already say that it will be a party for 6000! Half Marathon Florence of next April 6 has really been a hit because a few hours after the already sensational sell out with 4000 bibs sold out for the competitive race over 21 km and 97 metres, the organisers are "forced" to also communicate the sold out for Vivicity, the non-competitive race over a distance of about 10 km. The last bibs available to fill the 2000 quota of the historic event were also sold out in a few hours. Uisp which is run simultaneously in 40 cities. It should be remembered that 1 euro of each registration fee goes to the Associazione Tumori Toscana.

For the 41st edition of the Florentine event organized by Uisp Florence only the bibs for the “half for one” relay remain available, where two competitors split the 21 km route in half, one “lap” each, as well as for the guided “Charity Walk” on Saturday morning on the streets of Michelangelo in the three departures at 10 am, 10.30 am and 11 am, where one euro for each participant will contribute to the cause of Firenze in rosa onlus, which deals with cancer prevention.

The event of next April 6th in fact closes the bulk of registrations well in advance. These decisions, it is worth emphasizing, were taken to safeguard safety, refreshments and everything related to the assistance of runners. The organization could have on paper further increased the number of bibs but took this decision to avoid the risk of setting up an event not "calibrated" for the expected dimensions, which could have created potentially unmanageable situations.

Implicit thanks to those who, once again, given the success of recent editions, have chosen to register for the event well in advance, a sign of trust and esteem for what has been done in past editions by the organization, managed by the affiliated Florentine running clubs. Uisp who collaborate by putting into play the experience and strength of over 500 volunteers.
