Seven athletes at the Italian Championships held in Cassino. Banca Tema very good in cross

Atletica Grosseto Banca Tema engaged in Cassino at the Italian cross country championships. The red and white team took part in the most important national event cross country with record numbers: in fact, there were seven, a record number, standard-bearers of theAthletics Grosseto Bank Theme who took part in the Italian Cross Country Championships 2025.

Al Folcara Campus of Cassino, already the protagonist of the event last year, will feature the Allievi teams composed of Filippo Bonucci, Davide Borselli and Pietro Colombo and, on the women's side, Matilde Di Monaco, Emilia Fani and Aurora Funghi.

At the start of the Cadette race was Frida Schiavi, the youngest of the expedition, who finished the two-kilometer race in ninety-sixth place.

The best placing of the day was that of Philip Bonucci, fifty-first among the Students (five kilometers) in the competition that also saw Pietro Colombo's one hundred and thirty-third place. Among the Students (four kilometers), who at the company level finished trending second, Aurora Funghi was one hundred and twenty-fourth, Emilia Fani one hundred and seventy-eighth and Matilde Di Monaco one hundred and seventy-ninth.

In the Allievi category, Filippo Bonucci and Pietro Colombo had already qualified with the federal minimums of last year (both of whom had already finished in Cassino last year, respectively thirty-seventh and seventy-sixth in the national Cadet final), Davide Borselli's third score allowed the team qualification with fifth place.

Just outside the sixth-placed Students, but with a renunciation they were the first to be fished out for the first experience in a national championship of Aurora Funghi with her Grosseto teammates Emilia Fani and Matilde Di Monaco. Also fished out was Frida Schiavi, also for her at her first tricolor experience.
