Energy, fun and a healthy fight. The third edition of the 'Blaze Fight Event', has met expectations, having a huge success in Imola and bringing many fans to the PalaRuggi. From MMA to Kick Boxing, to Muay Thai, for a day of verdicts and entertainment.
"We are tired, but very happy: it went really well – says Matteo Valentini, organizer with Andrea Minguzzi –. It was a real success, I haven't been able to quantify the attendance yet, but I can say that there were many. It turned out to be a beautiful day of sport, intense and exciting. Both Andrea and I are happy".
A trio to be savored for an event that has become a reference event in Emilia-Romagna, and not only, which brings together multiple disciplines, in collaboration with the Usil and Pro Fighting companies. And the Imola residents, and their teams, were the protagonists.
"The guys were great: out of 14 races, 12 winners came from Imola. Almost a plein, of prestige. In particular, I would like to highlight the triumphs of Nicolae Bordian, who returned to this ring after seven years, and also the excellent performances of Amin Aarafa, Alex Bertinazzi and George Salcutan".
Born in 2022 as 'Imola Cage Fighting', thanks to the popularity obtained, the event changed its name becoming a brand in all respects, 'Blaze', which in addition to the traditional spring event, in autumn, had doubled its commitments, dedicating a day to the amateur world, with the 'Road to Blaze'. A winning format and combination.
"It's too early to set dates, I can say for sure that the fourth edition will take place, and that we will confirm the program seen this season, with the double event branded 'Blaze'. Indicatively - adds Valentini - the 'Road to Blaze' will be scheduled between October-November, the 'Blaze 4', instead, more or less in this period, but in 2026, even if everything will depend on when the PalaRuggi will be available. Once the dates are known we will communicate it, but in the meantime we will enjoy the beautiful party".

Giulia Conti (Pro Fighting Imola)-Emma Calabresi (La Torre Ravenna) exhibition match under 8 years; Al Mahdi Bouasria (Pf Imola) beats Vlad Bulat (Fight Academy Extreme) on points; Agata Ungarelli (Pf Imola) beats Nikole Masi (Sempre Avanti Bologna) on points; Irene Conti (Pf Imola) defeated on points by Irina Popova (Fight Academy Extreme); Lorenzo Galfano (Pf Imola) beaten on points by Matte Bertini (Fight Academy Extreme); Mahdi Houidi (Pf Imola) beats Andrea Vallati (Fakb) on points; Anna Mesina (Pf Imola) beats Giulia Gaudiero (team Stanev) on points; Cesare Patrignani (Pf Imola) beats Mattia Frittelli (team Marceddu) on points.
