LATINA - An unexpected misstep by San Giobbe Chiusi, who suffered their fourth consecutive defeat on the pitch in Latina. A totally different match from the first leg, which was characterised by very high scores; this time the percentages were much lower, ending up rewarding the team that was hungrier for points, given its precarious position in the standings.

Bulls start strong, 7-0, then they completely block, scoring a paltry four points in the rest of the first period. Latina finds confidence and runs away (20-11), controlling the situation well under the boards. Zanco finds precious points from Fall, generally not the first offensive weapon at his disposal; the margin of advantage for the home team touches +10 (32-22). Despite a lot of lost balls, Chiusi stays afloat, trying to lay the foundations for a comeback.
