The wait is over. This evening the Derby. A match different from the others, where the city primacy will be at stake, in the case of Virtus the certification to play in National B series next year too. For the yellow and blacks, winning the mother of all matches would mean keeping alive their hopes of accessing the play one step at a time starting with the derby. In the yellow and black ranks there are some injured players, some will grit their teeth, Anaekwe has been out for a few games, the latter will not play the derby and who knows if he will recover for the next commitments. At the tip-off there will be a Virtus that will have to be stronger than some physical problems, this year Coach Gianluigi Galetti he has almost become accustomed to the hitches, the absences, the changes in staff.
Ahead is a derby, not just any match, where everyone must be ready to give something extra: "Waiting for a derby for two weeks was tough - says Galetti -, but these two weeks have served to close ranks, the boys have worked hard to find serenity and new assets. Up to now, in some respects, it has been an unlucky season at times, at this moment our goal is to be as calm as possible in view of the match that awaits us".
During the week the team received a hug from the fans: "They came to greet us and give us energy, this is very pleasing and is an important aspect for a team like ours. First of all in the derby we will have to have good defensive rules, without these it is not possible to stay on the pitch. A team like theAndrea Costa must be faced with great intensity, it will take confidence and precision in shooting to take advantage of all the opportunities that will be granted to us. Our characteristic is to give our best in all the occasions, with whoever is on the field as players to use and opponent to face". The match will be refereed by Fabrizio Suriano (Setttimo Torinese) and Filippo Giovagnini (Torino); Eleonora Paganelli in the role of scorekeeper, Daniele Baietti the timekeeper, while Francesco Ferrera will take care of the twenty-four second scoreboard.
Everything is ready for the derby, around 20pm, give or take a minute, a part of Imola the other will celebrate and wait for the next derby to do the same.
