Michele Vitali had no impact on the match: but nothing to say about the commitment

Jaylen BARFORD (29 minutes, 3/6 2-pointers, 2/7 3-pointers, 5 rebounds, 2 turnovers, 3 assists, 12 points). Not an easy test to decipher. Because in defense he is among the best, in attack he plays for a long time even with revisable readings. In a match with a very high physical coefficient his defensive work is worth a passing grade. Score 6

Cassius WINSTON (27 minutes, 3/7 2-pointers, 1/3 3-pointers, 3/3 free throws, 1 rebound, 4 turnovers, 6 assists, 12 points) After the usual two immediate fouls, which take him out of the match too early, he takes off and, in Reggio's best moment, his plus/minus is +14, an absolute level. He tries in many ways but against the opposing giants it is not easy. Rating 6.5

Mouhamed FAYE (15 minutes, 2/2 2-pointers, 2/2 free throws, 4 rebounds, 1 steal, 4 points) Solid, gives a good hand to Faried under the boards. A "knee injury", the extent of which will be better known today, takes him out of a match where he did well. Rating 6

Stephane GOMBAULD (5 minutes, 1 missed, 0 point) A brief, evanescent appearance. Vote 5

Jamar SMITH (22 minutes, 1/2 2-pointers, 4/4 3-pointers, 3 turnovers, 14 points) In the first 20' he is the red and white soul; he scores from every position and makes sure that Unahotels stays in the match by carrying the team on his shoulders. He understandably drops over the distance, but he has done his part. Score 6.5

Lorenzo UGLIETTI (12 minutes, 0/1 2-pointers, 0/3 3-pointers, 2 rebounds, 2 turnovers, 0 points) He starts off very nervous, but among the gregarious he is the best at understanding that to have an impact he must be aggressive, very aggressive. Not very flashy but with a heart that makes the province, he bites a lot in defense creating more than one problem for his direct opponents. Rating 6

Michael VITALI (21 minutes, 0/1 2-pointers, 1/2 3-pointers, 2 rebounds, 4 assists, 1 turnover, 1 steal, 3 points) He tries to play basketball in a match where extreme athleticism is the main factor. Not the type of games he is suited to, despite his undoubted commitment. Rating 5

Kenneth FARIED (25 minutes, 6/8 2-pointers, 4/4 free throws, 7 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 block, 16 points). His energy, which was lacking like the air in Reggio in game 1, is felt. In particular in the second half of the match, he lights up in the third quarter and never goes out again. He is the one who creates the most problems for his opponents, but he cannot win it alone. Rating 7

Sasha GRANT (8 minutes, 0/1 3-pointers, 1 loss, 0 points) In game 1 he had made his physicality count, on this occasion he has little space to try to repeat it. Rating 5.5

Matthew CHILLO (5 minutes, 0 points) A bit of dark work to help his teammates catch their breath. Rating 5.5

Kwan CHEATHAM (29 minutes, 2/4 2-pointers, 1/4 3-pointers, 2/2 free throws, 5 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 blocks, 9 points) After his performance in game 1, he is being watched closely by the Spanish defense. He struggles to find space in attack but has some flashes. He then makes himself useful in defense. Rating 6.
