Coach education. UEFA experts on Titan

It was an intense two days on the Titan. Visiting the San Marino Football Federation for a 360° comparison, there was one of the greatest UEFA experts on Education, Genadie Scurtul, appointed mentor of the San Marino Football Federation in this very

early 2024. The main function of this figure is to support the development of coach education in the round, starting from an analysis of the current state and looking towards the future and the needs of modern football. "The visit - explain the Fsgc - was aimed at starting the process of re-evaluating membership within the coaching convention, the maximum guideline for all affiliated Federations. Being part of it and respecting the required requirements and the indicated standards is a crucial objective to be able to continue to access the programs and resources that UEFA dedicates to this strategic sector". During the two days, the UEFA expert also attended 2 lessons of the UEFA B course.
