Great success for Adriasport which, last weekend, brought 162 teams from all over Italy to the field in the eighth edition of the Mirabilandia Festival Tournament. The manifestation of youth football, which also saw the participation of two foreign teams – the Serbian Milutinac and the Maltese Zebbug Rangers – took place between Friday 25th and Sunday 27th in the towns of Cervia e Cesenatico, in which children and young people of all ages were able to take part in over 400 competitions, during which the teams demonstrated great fairness and respect for the values of sport.
Starting from Under 10 Chicks all the top-ranked teams received their trophies, with Corticella from Bologna winning the pink tournament ahead of their peers from Terre Matildiche. Pisa Ovest then won the purple tournament, beating Bassa Parmense in the final group.
In 'Under 11, the green tournament is won by Santos from Reggio, who narrowly beat Talamonese from Sondrio. In the red tournament, Castiglionese from Arezzo prevails, beating Rovetta from Bergamo by just one point in the final round. There is also a double trophy in the Esordienti I° anno category, with Speranza Agrate Milano beating Junior Cervia in the final and thus winning the yellow tournament. In the blue tournament, however, a very close final between Sporting Scandiano and Aquila Montevarchi. In the end, the team from Arezzo lifts the first place cup.
As for the category Under 13, once again climbing onto the top step of the podium is Corticella, who beat ACD Jesolo in the final with a resounding 4-0.
In the tournaments dedicated to the Youth Sector there is also joy for Sporting Scandiano, which dominates the event reserved for theUnder 14: the two teams representing the Reggio Emilia club end up playing for first place and wisely decide to both return home with the cup. In the category Under 15, on the other hand, Città di Clusone smiles, beating Cellatica in the final.
Il Mirabilandia Festival Tournament it then ends with the finals of the tournaments reserved for the students Under 16 e Under 17, events in which the first place cups were lifted by Savio Calcio (photo) and Cellatica, who beat Cavenago and Castelgomberto in their respective finals.
