ALTOPASCIO (Lucca)

Too bad. The blitz escapes in injury time for Progresso, who maintain a two-point advantage over the playout zone. The Emilian team would have deserved the win, for their good conduct in the match, holding back a Tau now in free fall but former league leaders. Vecchiati starts with Ben Saed, Cestaro and Dandini in the defensive line with Ferraresi capable of moving up in possession but also of dropping back as a fourth defender; Pinelli, Bellisi, Corzani, Sansò in midfield, with Maltoni and Matta advanced.

The Felsinei, four victories in the last six days before Altopascio, do not risk anything, control and offer to shoot twice with Matta, in both cases the conclusion is wide. The Bolognese, second worst attack of the group, struggle to create chances, but in the first half they are more effective. Sansò also tries in the 37th minute, out of measure. For the locals only a header over the crossbar by Biagioni. The greatest emotions in the second half. In the 7th minute Maltoni surprises Biagioni, takes his time on the anticipation and flies, at the edge of the area he is brought down and only the yellow arrives for the defender, with the rossoblù who asked for a card of another color. Action to remember for what will happen later. Atzeni, for the home team, just wide on a free kick, then, in the 21st minute a foul on Maltoni not detected by the referee and on the counterattack it is the feline foot of Cheli to save on a low shot by Carcani. At half an hour the guests take the lead: Corzani from outside doesn't think about it and his shot, slightly deflected, fools Cabella. At 35' however, Stellacci is sent off, who had replaced Dandini for a foul judged as the last man.

Many protests from the red and blues. The match continues with the Castel Maggiore team entrenched and Tau throwing it into the area: on a scramble Motti, the tournament's top scorer, controls and strikes Cheli with his left foot. Sunday is the decisive match against Fiorenzuola.
