Cycling, Casano with Stabbia in the juniors and the group of beginners

Luni, March 8, 2025 – The official presentation of the 2025 junior team, Casano-Stabbia and the debutants of the Casano Cycling Team took place in the precious and welcoming green corner in the Terre di Luni, whose major sponsors are Se.Pr.In. by Paolo Colò, Poliartigiana by Ginevra Vezzi, Segno Verde company represented by Paolo Marselli. The junior pairing unites two historic companies, the Ligurian one of Casano founded in 1956 and which also organizes the international Giro della Lunigiana junior stage race on the threshold of its fiftieth anniversary, and that of Stabbia Ciclismo chaired by Luciano Benvenuti, which celebrated 2024 years of activity at the end of 50.

Two companies with passionate, serious and responsible managers, for a project that looks to the future as team manager Cristian Castagna likes. The junior team of 9 athletes includes some athletes who come from the South by virtue of the collaboration with Ciclotour, and the Tuscan champion of the juniors 2024, Riccardo Del Cucina, who started the season with the seventh place in Cerbaia di Lamporecchio.

There are also nine rookies of the Casano Cycling Team thanks to the collaboration of Pedale Sarzanese who willingly passed them to the company of president Carlo Della Tommasina, and who in addition to the road activity will also carry out that of mountain biking.
