Fiorin's season is getting into full swing 32 days after finishing second behind the European champion.

Thirty-two days have passed since Sara Fiorin finished second behind European champion Lorena Wiebes, Dutch from Team SD Worx Protime, in the fourth stage of the UAE Tour in the United Arab Emirates.

A result that did not go unnoticed and that allowed the Brianza native to look forward with greater confidence and new motivations for the continuation of her season.

"I remember that emotional day very well," Sara says. "Once I crossed the finish line, I realized that I can really do something great and I don't have to be afraid. So many people wrote to me, my father Daniele even got emotional in front of the television. It was beautiful and special to feel all this affection and make someone proud."

Sara Fiorin's season is getting into full swing and with the new colours of Ceratizit WNT Pro Cycling, a German-based World Tour team in the Elite women's category, the twenty-one-year-old who lives in Baruccana di Seveso wants to learn and grow to make her way in the big-name cycling that counts.

So after the Arabian emotions, the Italian track cyclist is ready to start again and on Sunday 16 March she will be at the start of the international Trofeo Alfredo Binda in Cittiglio, the classic race of the Varese area which precedes by a week the Milan-Sanremo (the last edition took place in 2005) which Sara will probably compete in.

Her dream remains the Paris-Roubaix, which however is not part of her plans this year. The day after the Italian races, the Sevesina will face the trip to Belgium to participate in the Classic Brugge De Panne which will be followed by the Tour El Salvador, the Central American stage event that will take place from 2 to 7 April.
