'Fiscaglia Bike', the fifth edition: "Sport and promotion of the territory"

Competitors and enthusiasts of mountain bike are ready to get in the saddle for the fifth edition of 'Fiscaglia Bike'. An event that combines sport with promotion of the territory, which will be held on Sunday on a route that will touch all three locations in the Municipality. The event was presented in recent days by the presidents of the organizing associations Asd Gcm Migliarino and Asd Team Mbm Ciclismo Migliaro, respectively Fabio Trombini and Michele Maccanti, supported by the mayor Fabio Tosi and the deputy mayor with responsibility for Sport Francesco Sovrani. The competitive race, valid as stages of the "Mare & Collina" and "Coppa Romagna" circuits, is accompanied by the cycle excursion off-road, with starting and finishing point at the Massa Fiscaglia sports field. There are two routes, which will mainly branch off on dirt and grassy roads: one of about 52 kilometers, the other of 23 kilometers. The competitive one will start at 9.30:7.30, while the excursionist and recreational one will start between 9:XNUMX and XNUMX. But that's not all.

There will also be space for the little ones and for people with disability, in the name ofinclusion. In fact, starting from 10 am, again from the Massa Fiscaglia sports field, the participants of the Fiscaglia Bike Kids will ride their bikes: a cycle excursion on a 10-kilometer stretch of asphalt along the new Corba cycle path, dedicated to minors accompanied by their parents, organized by the Odv "Il Volo", which will lead the way with Sofia and their e-cargo bike. "On Sunday we expect a thousand people in our territory, considering the coincidence with the Fipsas Champions Cup on the navigable race course of Migliarino. We believe a lot in the Fiscaglia Bike, an event that has grown over time and is capable of combining sport with the promotion of the territory, which participants will be able to get to know and appreciate during a suggestive route".

Both the mayor and the deputy thank the organizers, as well as all the local entities that in various capacities will be involved in the event, "which will see the involvement of about a hundred volunteers - explains Sovrani - and is particularly felt by the community". A special thanks goes to Auser of Massa Fiscaglia, which will organize the lunch that will be held at the sports hall of the town: "We are happy to collaborate in this event of great value that gives prestige to our community - says Teresa Travasoni of Auser -.
