Casa Gala Trophy 2025: Sara Incerpi and Francesco Terreri triumph in Montecatini Terme

They were Sara Incerpi of the Sporting Club Montecatini and Francis Terreri of the Pistoia Tennis Club the winners of the 2025 edition of the Casa Gala Trophy, fourth category tennis tournament held on the beautiful courts of the La Torretta Tennis Club in Montecatini Terme. Incerpi and Terreri, awarded by the sports councillor of the spa town Marco Silvestri, respectively prevailed over Caterina Gozzi and Pietro Ciprini of the Circolo Torretta Montecatini. This year's edition saw a very high participation of athletes with well 172 members, confirming once again the strong interest in this event, now a fixed appointment in the spring calendar. "We are really happy because every year that passes the number of participants is always higher and this testifies to the quality and importance of the tournament".

In addition to winners and losers, the women's draw featured important players such as Elena Silvestri, winner of the 2023 edition, and Grazia Tagliente, both representing Circolo Torretta. In the men's draw, Francesco Quiriconi of Green Tennis and Luca Ialini of Sport Village led the seeding. Also noteworthy was the presence of 20 players ranked 4.1, including the names of home athletes Enrico Pesi, Salvatore Gagliardi, Andrea Marchi and Pietro Cipriani.
