Marini. "The Honda will amaze you. We will aim high. The prototype is new"

The chase is complicated. In Honda they understood this well in the season of Marquez's farewell. A farewell that in some way was a starting point. A new start, led by Valentino's brother, Luca marini (in the photo), good, attentive and meticulous in developing a motorbike that is now preparing to experience a 2025 as close as possible to the new powers of the MotoGp (Ducati, Aprilia, KTM). Marini and Joan mir, they thus raised the curtain on the Honda RC213V focusing heavily on a step that will have to be decisive to return to winning ways.

"We know how Honda works – explained Marini – and in the first part of the season we will try a completely new prototype, starting from the Sepang tests. But I think that, following the path we took in the second part of last year and following our feedback, we can start the season at a good level, which however will not be enough for the results we are aiming for. After the first part of the season, towards the middle, I think it will be a good moment to try to do something better, with a more competitive package. But to do that you have to take the right direction and it is never easy".

Another historic moment, Honda no longer has the sponsor Repsol, the one that accompanied the successes of Rossi and then Marquez.
