Buenos Aires March 16, 2025 - Monopoly Ducati also in Argentina, monopoly Marquez even in the race. Just like in Thailand, also in Argentina it is a one-two signed Marc and Alex Marquez, but this time with a lot of spice, thanks to a beautiful duel between the brothers. He steps down from the podium Pecco Bagnaia, only fourth the number 63 of the Ducati official, in its place there is Morbidely on the first podium of the season. Bad for the Aprilia, also thanks to the fall of Bezzecchi on the first lap. In Motorcycle 2 vince Dixon ma Drive can celebrate a third place, while in Motorcycle 3 all-Spanish podium, with Piqueras winner.

The race

Three o'clock Ducati who have dominated the World Cup so far will immediately go away zarco, overtaken in curve one by the momentum of bagnaia, while Marc e Alex Marquez they close in front. It starts badly Jacks Miller, which falls from the center to the bottom of the ranking. Instead, it falls Bezzecchi at curve 1 with its Aprilia after a contact with Quarterly. Everyone was very determined, even in the midfield, right from the start. Morbidely aggressively climbs up to fifth place, placing itself behind the two KTM di Binder e Acosta. In front instead Marc Marquez he tries to say goodbye to the group already on the second lap, but his brother stays close to him, also taking advantage of the brawl behind them between bagnaia e zarco

In the first laps of the race he has great pace on the track Morbidely, even capable of placing itself in third place in front of bagnaia, also thanks to the soft rubber. Alex Marquez Instead he puts pressure on his brother and on the fifth lap he even manages to pass him, putting himself in command of the Argentine Grand Prix. Marc seems to take the hit, perhaps also managing the tyre, taking a few metres of distance, only to then get back under his brother around the ninth lap. In the middle of the group he instead climbs back up Ogura, after a terrible sprint race, last year's Moto 2 champion, already a surprise in Thailand, returns to the top ten, climbing up to eighth place.

The two brothers Marquez they make a great selection on the group behind them in the central phase of the race. Alex gives the group a great whipping with fast laps, with only his brother Marc capable of keeping up the pace. Morbidelli loses consistently and appears to be in even greater difficulty bagnaia, stuck at the pole in fourth position, forced to watch his back from zarco. Even in the center of the group the positions are consolidated, leaving little space for the show on the track. A few thrills are instead given Marc Marquez with some harnesses and saves at the limit, typical of the eight-time World Champion, all to maintain the devilish pace of his younger brother.

On lap 18 Marc Marquez tries to take the measure of his brother, spending an entire lap on his heels, before attempting a crazy braking at turn 5. However, the driver arrives long Ducati official, thus seeing himself crossed by Alex on the braking. The eight-time champion's desire for victory is not extinguished, however, on the contrary the two go to touch up the fastest lap in the final part of the race. Behind them there is emptiness, while Morbidelli tries to contain the recovery of bagnaia

Marc's appointment with first place is only postponed by two laps. Once again at the braking point of turn 5, the number 93 rider comes alongside Alex Marquez and with a very violent braking, he takes the lead. A very convincing central phase of the race, characterized by his attempt to escape, was not enough for Alex. Having overtaken his brother, the dominator of these first four races takes off, fleeing for the victory. Behind them bagnaia wakes up perhaps too late, gets closer to Morbidelli but not enough to be able to regain the podium position. In third place the race is thus concluded by the Italian-Brazilian of Team VR46. The script of the first two positions does not change: Marc Marquez wins in front of his brother Alex, while bagnaia must settle for fourth place. Very good Di Giannantonio fifth with a wonderful overtaking on zarco in the change of direction of turns 8 and 9 on the final lap.

Moto 2: Dixon dominates, while Gonzalez confirms his world leader, Vietti on the podium 3rd

Less exciting than the first class race on the track, the race of sends interesting signals for the World Championship Motorcycle 2. Dixon after a mixed debut in Thailand, he wins by dominating the Argentine Grand Prix. Body to body with his teammate Salac, before escaping alone and consistently leading the grand prix. Behind him he is good at elbowing his way through the early stages Gonzalez, only to then try to chase the Englishman, without however managing to get closer than 3''.

Everything happens behind them, especially in the final the fight for third place heats up, after many laps with the positions frozen. In the end the Italian wins Celestine Vietti, which first surpasses Ramirez, then Canet on the last lap, to get on the podium, thus celebrating the first points of the season.

Moto 2 World Standings: Gonzalez 45, Dixon 34, Canet 33, Ramirez 22, Agius 19, Vietti 16.

Moto 3, all-Spanish podium: Piqueda wins and Rueda confirmed as World Championship leader. Bertelle outwitted in fourth on the last lap

Usual bullfight in Moto 3, where the bikes start to overtake each other from the first few laps, until the last corner. The Spaniards are in charge, alternating at the top of the standings between the different laps. Very good in the first part Almansa, only to then lose pace in the second part of the race, also dropping out of the top 5. Very good Wheel, number one candidate for the title, among the most present at the top of the rankings, always fighting with his compatriots Fernandez e Piqueras.

In the final part of the GP the Italian seems to be able to prevail Matthew Bertelli. Lonely leader for three of the last four laps, also taking advantage of the inclusion of Furusato, combative but with a slower pace than the Monselice driver. It's a shame about the brawl in the last lap, where Bertelle in the melee he chose an unfortunate trajectory, dropping to fourth place in the final standings.

Moto 3 GP Argentina Results: 1 Piqueras, 2 Fernandez, 3 Rueda, 4 Bertelle, 5 Furusato, 7 Lunetta, 10 Nepa, 11 Foggia, 18 Rossi, 19 Carraro, Pini out.

Moto 3 World Standings: Rueda 41, Fernandez 36, Piqueras 29, Bertelle 24, Carpe 20, Nepa 19.
