Madonna di Campiglio, January 20, 2025 – Ducati raises the bar even higher. Presented in Madonna di Campiglio the 2025 MotoGP season of the Borgo Panigale company, which this year will field the world vice-champion Pecco Bagnaia and the big news Marc Marquez.

"We are talking about 2025 at a positive time for Ducati, from a sporting point of view with Won 19 races out of 20 but certainly with an interesting position also from the point of view of the range of products that are technologically advanced", began Claudio Domenicali, CEO of Ducati Motor Holding, suggesting that the team's success lies "in Ducati's scientific approach but also full of emotions. This year we have two drivers with great potential who will push the team to improve. Continuous improvement is the basis of our philosophy”.

The protagonist on the track will be the Desmosedici GP25, but the goal will always be the same: to win. To do so, the Reds are starting again with two champions who together boast eleven world titles across the various categories: Marquez and Bagnaia. The Italian rider from Chivasso wants to redeem himself after last year's conclusion, when, despite the eleven victories, failed to win the drivers' title won by Jorge Martin.

For this reason, Bagnaia says he has an extra motivation: “We are charged and there is a great desire to conclude what we missed last year. We have to work as a team and try to bring home points and victories to see at the end of the year how we are in the standings". New in the team, the official entry of the rider Marc Marquez who with his great experience will be able to bring new value to the team in what the Spaniard defines "the biggest challenge of my career."

“Success doesn't weigh – explained Luigi Dall'Igna, general manager of Ducati Corse –. The numbers say great things about the past season. It will be difficult to improve on a season like last but what can be done is improve ourselves to win the drivers' and constructors' championship. The important thing is to win, not to win by a landslide. It will be essential to keep an eye on the main objectives: the two world titles."

Compared to the line-up, "we have the two best drivers of the 2025 season, Pecco is a fantastic rider that we chose because he brought the riders' title back to Ducati and in recent years he has always played a leading role. Marc is one of the most important riders in modern MotoGP. For us an honor to have him in the team and, no matter what happens, it will be a great story to tell."

The bike, the Desmosedici GP25, will have several technical innovations and "above all we will have to be very rigorous in the selection of the material and apply only what will make us make a difference,” Dall'Igna said.

The first seasonal appointment will be February 5th to 7th in Malaysia, at the Sepang International Circuit, when the Ducati Lenovo Team riders will be on track for the first official test session.
