MotoGp, Jorge Martin: “In Aprilia champion in 2026. I want to win as many titles as possible”
The world champion spoke to the Spanish media about his future goals and commented on the past: "It didn't make sense not to be included in the official Ducati team"

The new adventure in Aprilia
The Spaniard, who won the title riding the Ducati Pramac, will sit on theAprilia from next season. "I still don't know what I can do. I have to see how the bike goes. Aprilia can be competitive because they already showed it last year and I know I can provide greater consistency. But winning a World Championship is a bigger goal. I'm not even thinking about it now. I think I can play it in 2026 - he continued - Now it's time to start from scratch, see when our first podium will arrive, the first victory and then grow" this is how he commented about his next adventure.
The contenders for next year
Jorge has a clear idea of who the real contenders for his world crown will be: "It's normal to consider bagnaia e Marquez as absolute protagonists. Pecco and Marc are the active riders with the most MotoGP titles and the Ducati is the winning bike. They will undoubtedly be the favorites". It will therefore be the team in which he was not included, making room instead for Marquez, that will try to steal the title from him.
The exclusion from the Ducati team and the desire to win
It was precisely that exclusion that gave the Spaniard the right motivation: "Personally, in the end it was almost like taking a weight off my shoulders. I had been working for a long time to show off. It didn't make sense not to be included in the Lenovo team, but, due to difficult situations to control, it went differently. It's business and I understood it perfectly at that moment. I simply concentrated on continuing to give 100%". Adding then: "The team has strengthened. Pramac and my personal team have found unity and spirit to fight until the end with everything we had. And thanks to that decision by Ducati we won the World Championship". A title that Jorge is sure he can regain: "I know I have a lot of room for improvement. I want to win as many titles as possible".
