ATP Madrid, Arnaldi beats Tiafoe in two sets and goes to the quarterfinals

Djokovic withdraws from Rome

Coming back from a dark period, Novak Djokovic will not play the Rome Internationals. The Serbian tennis player has announced his withdrawal to "arrive in the best possible way in Paris". Six-time champion at the Foro Italico, he will miss out after 16 consecutive participations: he comes from three defeats in a row (the last one against Arnaldi) and this year he has not yet won a match on clay.
